Payment Glitch & Space Allocation Update – Dendang Desa 2025

Dear Valued Vendors,

Thank you for your prompt payment and continued support for Dendang Desa 2025. We’re truly grateful for your enthusiasm and commitment to being part of this special event. On 12 September, we experienced a technical glitch affecting our payment link.

As a result, several vendors successfully made payments during this unintended window. We sincerely apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused. After careful internal review and discussion with our management, we’ve reached the following resolution:

✅ Organizer’s Final Decision:

1. Premium Space Allocation
Due to overwhelming demand, the organizer has selected 5 vendors from the 12 Sept payment batch to retain their premium space.

2. Alternative Space Offer
Vendors not selected for premium space will be offered any available space options. The difference in payment will be refunded to your provided bank account by 14 September 2025.

3. Partial Refund Policy
A full refund will not be issued, as most payments were intended for premium slots. The refund will reflect the balance after space reallocation.

4. Selection Terms
As outlined in our terms & conditions, space allocation is at the sole discretion of the organizer, based on a first-come, first-served basis and suitability for the event.

5. Next Steps
We will contact all affected vendors via our official WhatsApp channel to confirm your updated space and refund details. The payment link will reopen by 17 September 2025 for selected vendors to secure their space.

We deeply appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to ensure a fair and transparent process.
