In conjunction with National Coffee Milkshake Day, this special edition features a local coffee competition with Sekolah Kopi, showcasing the best brewers and creative coffee blends.

Beyond coffee, visitors can enjoy a lively bazaar filled with food and drinks vendors, fashion stalls, hobby collections, and more.

Families are welcome too, with a dedicated Kids’ Zone and inflatable castle to keep the little ones entertained. Whether you’re a coffee lover, foodie, or family looking for fun, this bazaar has something for everyone.

Bazaar Ruang Kita: Coffee Edition akan berlangsung pada 24–26 Julai 2026 di Pasar Seni Kuala Lumpur, bersempena dengan National Coffee Milkshake Day (26 Julai).

Kami sedang mencari vendor kopi terbaik untuk menyertai Local Coffee Competition bersama Sekolah Kopi — peluang eksklusif untuk menunjukkan kreativiti, rasa unik, dan signature brew anda kepada ribuan pengunjung!

Selain kopi, kami juga membuka ruang untuk:

Vendor Application FAQ

Who can apply as a vendor?

We welcome creative minds, crafters, and foodpreneurs, including:

  • Food and Drink Vendors
  • Fashion, Scarf and Accessories

  • Desserts, Cakes and Festive Treats

  • Home Deco and Crafts

  • Thrift and Preloved Gems

  • Perfume and Lifestyle

  • Books and Hobbies

  • any related vendors encourage to apply.

All applicants must submit a complete application form with any required documents before the deadline. Acceptance is at the sole discretion of the Organizer.

  • First, register as a vendor via our official vendor registration portal.
  • Then, fill in the official event application form.
  • Submit before the application deadline.
  • Wait for confirmation from the Organizer.
  • You will receive an official acceptance email / Whatsapp from the Organizer.
  • If accepted, you’ll also receive a payment link to secure your booth.

No. Booth placement is decided by the Organizer based on:

  • Event theme & vendor mix

  • Safety & visitor flow

  • Operational needs

The Organizer’s decision is final.

Each booth comes with:

  • Booth Space

  • Table + Chair

  • Power Supply

  • Full payment is required unless a deposit option is offered.

  • All payments are non-transferable and follow the event’s refund policy.

  • Follow the setup & teardown schedule provided by the Organizer.

  • Early closure or late dismantling without approval may result in penalties or exclusion from future events.

  • Ensure all products/services comply with laws and event guidelines.

  • Keep your booth clean and safe.

  • F&B vendors must have valid permits and meet health & safety standards.

  • No sale of illegal, counterfeit, or hazardous items.

  • No subletting or sharing booths without written approval.
